Wednesdays from 3:00 - 4:00 pm - runs 6 weeks.
 

Social Recreation Group
Meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 5:30 - 7:30 pm. 

Transportation class
Thursdays from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - each class runs 4 weeks. 

Internet For Beginners
Learn how to surf the Internet, get your e-mail, send your e-mail, 
and other basic computer stuff.  This is offered via video tape, 
and in hands on courses as requested.

CILNM Recreation Programs:

Aquatics Program
The aquatics program is offered twice a year in the fall and spring.  It is designed for people who have MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia or similar disabilities.  The group works of strength building, stress reduction, fatigue and pain management.  The class is held at the Range Center in Chisholm and the pool is kept much warmer than normal. Power Chair Hockey
The Rolling Rangers of Northern Minnesota will be practicing every Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 - 5:00 pm at the Greenhaven School in Hibbing
